A scary thought, but I doubt it will happen.

While I'll agree that leftist judges oft have the nasty habbit of extreme judicial activism, they seem to limit themselves to incremental encroachment so they can disguise it as being based on past precedence.

Being that the recall procedure can be used by either side, I do not beleive they see it as enough of a priority to put in the time and effort to subvert it.
