Excerpt from the handbook.
Believe it or not, when I was signing the roster at the polls before I went into the voting booth, I saw the name of my neighbors dog on the rolls. Its incredible that someone could register a pet and then request an absentee ballot in the pets name in an effort to cast two votes! What can I do to report this outrageous act?You are absolutely correct- this is an unbelievable and outrageous situation. State law specifically makes it illegal for anyone to register a nonexistent person.
Ping. Thought this would interest you Saundra. By the way, how'd the FReep go today?

"What business is it of yours, Mr. Nosy? The California Full Voting Rights Act allows pet guardians capable of channeling their pet's feelings to vote on their behalf. Animals live here too, dude, and have every right to decide who our elected officials will be as much as you do. Now, stick to your own ballot and shut up or you may be forcibly detained."
