Call me a cynic, but I am suspicious of the motives of the California SOS! This is a preview of an Al Gore Florida type fight if by chance one of the democrats happens to lose a race.

I would love to get a copy of this handbook and see how much of it is about not getting disenfranchised etc. as opposed to trying to avoid real voter fraud!

The democrat controlled assembly has done everything they can to make sure anyone alive or dead, citizen or not can vote! This cannot be a serious effort to stop fraud.
