I like the guy.
I'd much rather have these laws overturned on legal and constitutional grounds, because whether the referendum passes or fails, it is still other people passing on what a property owner can or cannot do on his/her property.
Have you heard of ONE Maine lawmaker that helped invest in anyone's business? I sure haven't. Pity that the lawmakers think they have a legal right to RUN the businesses, eh?
