Sore Loserman alert.

Instead of playing dirty tricks on the House floor, the Dems should take a good, hard look at WHY they're the minority party... and why they keep losing seats in both sides of Congress... They need to move their platform more towards the center and move away from the left-wing policies.

I must confess I never heard of the guy, and with that name I had to check if (s)he was a man or a woman. Here's a picture from his website. Note the cool jeans.

'Steny' sounds like a name you would give to a stickball player.

Oh, poot! When haven't the RATS been at war? Since they lost the House, they've become the biggest "victims", regardless of their machinations and manipulations when the RATS held power.

I don't think they are capable of that, they are too stupid to make an honest self appraisal. However, they are just smart enough to be a royal pain in the ***, and to be a serious threat to individual freedom.

Exactly right.
Inasmuch as they wish to self destruct, may I offer a shovel to aid them in that hole they are digging?

Hoyer is only doing this because he is planning to run for Senate in 2004 when short steps down because of health reasons.

Great! If the rats become really obvious, the pubbies will have a supermajority in a few years, and won't have to give a rip WHAT Sterno and his pals think!

Paybacks a BEE-OTCH, ain't it, 'rats?
As a former 'rat myself, I'm glad to see these government-dependence inducing numbskulls in a little legislative pain.
