This will only resonate with the most die-hard Democrats. The left would like the sheeple to forget one little point - the jury selects the sentence and many if not most Governors see no need to in effect nullify the jury sentence.

Oh, and it sounds like Gonzales wasn't interested in trying to change law or judicial decision based upon some idealistic motivation. He left that to the process as prescribed by law to unfold (appeals, pardon request, etc rather than executive interventiion). It's interesting that he's getting hammered from the left and from the right (pro-life) advocates....
