Cambodia and the United States signed a bilateral accord today preventing the others' citizens from being extradited to the International Criminal Court.

No more UN for US-list

Let's sign a pact like this with Australia, Britain, Poland, Hungary, etc. etc. our current coalition of the willing.

Seems like a logical thing to do.
