Good for Cambodia and all the other countries thumbing their nose at the ICC.
BTW, I heard on the Fox News one evening this week that the UN building is falling apart! (Isn't that more good news?) I believe the parasites want billions of dollars to pay for the repairs. Anyone else hear this report?
I would rather spend the dollars to demolish the UN building. Let the parasites move to France.
