Frankly there are way too many public officials in the same boat. That's one of the major reasons why our government is so damned screwed up.

"We hear that Kennedy told the crowd: "I don't need Bush's tax cut. I have never worked a [bleeping] day in my life.""
What Patrick Kennedy just said, was he is a dead beat.
Patrick Kennedy is proof that the US House of Representatives is a place, where a mental defective can get paid over $100,000 per year.

The Kennedy Clan is nothing but a bunch of low life scums with way too much money and time on their hands.
It's a shame the name carries so much "gravitas" amongst the working class. They might learn a whole lot by getting off their lazy behinds and working for a living!

I have worked every day of my life since I was 18 years old, and I need Bush's tax cut just so I can make ends meet in this [bleeping] Socialist paradise that your relatives and their sick syncophants have created for us to live in.

OMG, that was great!
We all knew it was true though. Patrick only confirmed it for us.

When might this story hit the media. I've checked around and so far nothing except for the original post have I seen anything on this.

We hear that Kennedy told the crowd: "I don't need Bush's tax cut. I have never worked a [bleeping] day in my life." With that he got the audience's attention -- the dropping-jaws kind. "He droned on and on, frequently mentioning how much better the candidates would sound the more we drank," a witness told us. "Finally, he had to be stopped by a DNC volunteer." Oh Real Good Patches ... LOL

Coming from Patches, the dimmest bulb in the Kennedy clan, should we expect anything more?
To: nutmeg
Kennedy told the crowd: "I don't need Bush's tax cut. I have never worked a [bleeping] day in my life."So this makes him the same as every other living Kennedy. It also certainly puts in perspective why he (and the rest of the elite liberal political class) is so cavalier about confiscating more and more tax dollars from people who DO work for a living so that the money can be used to buy the votes of the parasite class for Democrats nationwide.
To: nutmeg
What struck me about the article was what was considered to be Kennedy's faux pas -- that he used an expletive, not the abject stupidity of his admission that he's never worked a day in his life. As if we didn't know that.
The Dems have hit us over the head with a tiresome phrase -- "the working poor." Here we have the non-working rich. What a disgusting family, the whole lot of them.

If there is a sound bite of this, I'm sure Rush would like to get a hold of it.

And yet he keeps winning re-election after re-election. The residents of this state who continue to vote for this fraud need full-frontal labotomies.
I just don't get their "logic" anymore.
He's not in my district, so I can't even NOT vote for him...it's depressing.
