You make it sound as though only democrats do this...practically everyone that is rich and influential greases someone's wheels to get favors, it's what power and money is all about...it's been going on for ever.

You are damn right it has been. I make a very nice living and I hope to have kids someday. I would like my kids to be able to use my money and influence. The Democrat party has always told us that this is a bad thing. But then the elitists among them who can afford it do it anyway.

Wheel greasing is much older than the democrat party, or even our country. What is so surprising about this behavior? Don't you think all parties do it?
