Whoever is questioning her seems to be asking some of the most irrelevant questions.

Talking about how she hid urine samples on herself at work? I understand this goes to pattern, but it is way much on minutia. This is the penalty phase, not the trial. The trial is over.

[Although, FoxNews reported earlier today that any testimony Mallard might give in the penalty phase could be used in any future appeals trials. That may be the reason for all this minutia questioning on seemingly irrelevant things.]

You'll celebrate all you want, but you know this is an innocent black female being framed by the FBI (like O.J.) and the KKK. They are the ones that put drugs in her drinks and planted the man in her car, to make her think she has done it. If there is any justice, she will go free.

I don't think the questions are so irrelevant. This goes to her character...how re-habilitatable she is...how manipulative she is...how she is willing to lie and cheat and say just about anything to save herself. I think it will enable the judge to know how remorseful she really is, which usually makes a difference in sentencing.
