Mallard is disgusting. She is trying to make us all believe we would do the same thing she did.
She says she was trying to think what to do...and she was screaming...and she eventually walked around to the passenger side of the car...and she touched his leg.

Her atty isn't doing her much good. His questioning got her to admit her friend T wouldn't let her drive from the club to T's house [T took over the driving]. Mallard then started the drive home. [She had to have been driving VERY fast for the impact to knock Biggs over her hood and through her windshied; all of his body, except for one leg was outside the car. That was quite an impact.
