I think the Republicans have had this in mind for a while. They were letting the dumb dims hang themselves with Hispanic voters-showing what racists they really are. This is a campaign issue regardless of how it ends. I am so sick of Daschle. Maybe, he won't win election next time. Even my Democratic friends are not quite comfortable with this filibuster. Hey, interestingly quite a few Dems I know listen to Fox News. I used to be A Dem. Rush cured me. Maybe, we will have new Republicans by 2004.
