[history]
Call it an irony of the Internet age. Barbra Streisand went to court to keep a photo of her house from the Web. Instead, a star is born.
In the month since Streisand filed a $10 million lawsuit against Silicon Valley millionaire and environmentalist Ken Adelman, demanding he remove an aerial photo of her oceanfront Malibu estate from his Web site, more than 420,000 people have visited the site.

Nice house. Where's her clothesline located? Oh...that's just for the little people, huh? My mistake. :o)

It is definitely NOT the Texas flag. I think it is the flag of Iraq. The real photo does not appear to have a flag in it.

But it became public when her lawyers didn't properly request a judge's permission to seal it, Adelman said. In other words, they forgot. $250/hour doesn't go very far these days.
