This is one of the more detailed accounts of the systemic looting of the North Carolina taxpayers by Frank Ballance and his political cronies -- looting that used this and other "foundations" to fund illegal slush funds throughout the First Congressional District in Eastern North Carolina. Is there any wonder why the state of North Carolina is on the verge of economic collapse?

Due to the unconstitutional gerrymandering of the First District designed to appease Black Democrats and elect a minority candidate, decent conservate voters are effectively disenfranchised. In essence they suffer taxation without representation.

In many parts of the world -- and once upon a time in America -- this type of criminal behavior was/is not acceptable. Congressman Ballance should resign and save himself and his party the further embarrassments that await them.

How long must the decent taxpaying citizens of Eastern North Carolina suffer under the jackboot of Democratic corruption? Will it be necessary to implement a "Balkan solution" to end their subjugation?

While apologizing for the decade-long lapse, Ballance says the organization's good works should not be overshadowed by "a few paperwork errors."

Typical liberal Democrat attitude.

Crooked NC 'Rat *ping*

Well, he just broke his cherry, so his reelection is probably in the bag. You ain't a real 'Rat until you've broken a few major laws.

Not being a Carolinian, I have never heard of this congressman. Is he is one of those safe districts where nothing can dislodge him?
