A Bullitt Circuit Court jury will be asked in a trial scheduled to begin tomorrow to consider whether the Rev. Daniel C. Clark, a Roman Catholic priest who was convicted in 1988 of sexually abusing two boys, molested two boys between 1998 and May 2002.

Ah, at last a trial; the first of many more I hope. This is what should be done in every single case, a priest is not above the law. He can go to trial like any othe person accused of committing the same crime. Now I'm waiting for the associated Bishops who knew and protected these animals to be tried under the RICO section, as this is definetly an 'organized crime syndicate' in that the attacks were protected by orchestrated actions within a business community. I have no tolerance for those who abuse children, least of all for members of a clergy who have taken oaths to protect the innocent.
