"But this information, in my opinion, proves that 9/11 was not an AQ operation, too sophisticated, too much planning and strategy"I disagree with that point. 9/11 was work of very sophisticated planning, though an ultimately low-tech attack. They hijacked airliners and rammed them into buildings.
Which doesn't mean Saddam wasn't behind the plot. After all, he exported terrorism and bragged about it the whole time Clinton was in office diddling and the UN sat around dithering.

What bothers me is that not one poster on this thread has said "IRAQ! Well, it CAN'T be al Qaeda because all the Democrats say there was no connection between al Qaeda and Saddam"....so I thought I'd better say it.

"How 'bout a 'A Senior, "retired" Pakistani intelligence official'."Quite possible. All behind Musharraf's trusting back, of course.
Similar to the 'retired' Russian generals running Saddam's military. Without Putin's knowlege. Of course.

Unless of course they have the know-how to hit a Satellite. Then we are talking intel networks of soverign countries that are assisting, not just small terror networks.US satellite intel is very poorly kept - the euros do a much better job. One Boston firm that does the space math actually puts the calculus codes to send up a satellite on their in-house coffee cups. And it's asolutely amazing the free what-should-be-top-secret science is on bell-labs.com
