I'm sorry I missed it, too! You guys done us all proud! And you looked gorgeous (as usual!) in the blue dress and beret!
We definitely missed you at all the pro-US/pro-military rallies this past winter, so we're counting on you for the '04 festivities!

I did not say much to the crowd, but I did say a few things:
"Anyone who knows the lyrics to 'STAND BY YOUR MAN' doesn't have to read Chapter One." "Winnie The Pooh could be President, Bill Clinton proved that. Neither one wears pants and both are always getting caught with some honey."
"Who's watching Bill? Buy the next book."
Too bad you didn't bring your classic "If Osama had been a piece of ass, Bill Clinton would have nailed him" sign. :)

I don't understand why anyone even wants to go to her book signings! She has so many rules, almost like you can't breathe in her presence. She is so self important, and surprisingly unapproachable for a so called Senator.

Maryland Freepers-Hillary in White Marsh Monday!

Managers of the Barnes & Noble in White Marsh expect a throng when Hillary Clinton visits Monday to sign copies of her just-published book, "Living History," at the bookstore on The Avenue.
Clinton, 55, left the White House in 2001, at the end of her husband's second term as president, and is now a senator from New York. Some speculate she will run for president in 2008.
The Barnes & Noble visit will be Clinton's only stop in the Baltimore area during a promotional tour scheduled to last through mid-August, said a spokeswoman for Clinton's publisher, the Simon & Schuster Adult Publishing Group of New York.
Clinton is expected to begin signing autographs at 7 p.m...

Very, very nice! This should be among Sean's favorites.
To: deadhead
That's Sean Hannity? I've been listening to him since he took over Michael Savage's time slot. How old is he? He looks younger than he sounds. He really looks different than I imagined.
To: firebrand
Firebrand, your report brings tears. Huntington is my beloved hometown. I sent a letter to Hannity asking him to haunt and report all Goebbels-like activity from the SS. I doubt he or his staff actually read my note, but I AM happy to know he was on the scene. I would have been with you guys if it were at all possible, which it was not.
I believe the bar was Canterbury Ales, no?
Anyway, bless you. I am glad Huntington was a good freep for you all, as it is like H-E-double toothpicks that the particular junior senator is - well the junior senator there, and that town is, in my biased opinion, such an outstanding place.
Hey, doesn't she have a job to go to?

Wow, what a FANTASTIC FReep! Wonderful job, Tri-State FReepers. And you got to meet Sean Hannity on his home turf... I'm
so envious! (Hmmm... where was Bill O'Reilly? Isn't he from that area of Long Island, too?)
God bless those Marist College students and other young people... there truly is hope for the next generation of New Yorkers.
Nickyg33 and alisasny... it is SO COOL to see you two out FReeping again with abner's fabulous 'Go Home Hillary' banners! It's like 'old times' (Campaign 2000, when hubby and I were able to spend much more time in NYC). The "V.I.P. Hillary - Vicious Insufferable Phony" banner is my favorite, actually... and SO appropriate for Hillary's V.I.P. appearance on Friday, LOL!
Firebrand, your report is excellent, as are the costumes and photos. That photo of Sean in his "gas-guzzling SUV" is absolutely priceless!
THANK YOU ALL for being there! :-)
