A Saudi student from Tucson who accused America West Airlines of racial profiling in a lawsuit three years ago after he was yanked from a flight amid terrorism fears has been taken into custody by the FBI.

Authorities would not comment on the arrest of Muhammad Al-Qudhai'een, but his wife said federal agents picked him up on June 13 and won't tell her why he is in custody or where he is being held.

"He emphasized that he had no knowledge of terrorist acts or connections and complained that FBI "paranoia" had ruined his life."

Good! Stay out of my country you POS.

Hmmm...

He's being held in Virginia, not unlike the Pakistan-born al Qaida Faris from Columbus.

Faris was scrounging materiel and info for the bad guys for some time. He was recruited by someone, but authorities are publicly saying he is not part of a cell in central Ohio.

Both of these islamo-bozos seem to be in the deep s**t since the capture of KSM ...

This standup Sun Devil student was profiled on Columbus to Phoenix light in '99. Now he is in custody... Wonder what he was doing in Columbus?

It would be interesting to get all of the facts and pieces together in this story. Is there a connection?

Soubra was arrested for a visa violation and has never been charged with a criminal offense. He was deported to Lebanon last month after testifying under immunity.

Hmmm...something wrong with this paragraph...let's see...

Soubra was arrested for a visa violation, a criminal offense, and was deported to Lebanon last month after testifying under immunity.

Yeah, that's better!
