"Government does regulate morality. The laws that we live by are based on morals. The government enforces those morals.
I have no problem with that."

You should have a problem, as our government is mandated to enforce individual rights and rule of constitutional law.
It does not enforce the 'moral' rules of men. These rules are wisely left to our establishments of religion, freely exercised.

CJ claims that opinions on Constitutional rights and law are worth exactly what anyone else is willing to pay for them: ziltch.

"I believe he was referring to your opinions."

Nope, in effect CJ was parroting your opinion that:
- "The laws that we live by are based on morals."
- Instead of on our constitutional individual rights.

Everyone here can see that it somehow makes you happy to be a constitutional scofflaw, -- but consider this.

In the democratic 'tyranny of the majority' type state which you advocate, it is precisely your zealous minority view that would be the one most likely censored.

Too simplistic for you to understand that that the laws, such that protect you from theft of your property and your life, are base on morals.

You are too simplistic to understand that the Constitution is deeply moral.
