The Republicans have tried to make a practice of attacking anybody who speaks out strongly by questioning their patriotism," complained Kerry, who has tried to make it a practice of attacking anybody who speaks out strongly against Kerry of questioning his patriotism. Kerry is nothing but a political whore trying to beat Dean in the polls.
I wonder if Kerry ever thought if the american people will hold him accountable for mis-leading the public and telling lies
My guess is no, he's to busy blaming people for attacking his patriotism.

The real issue with WMDs in Iraq is NOT yet being spoken, IMO.
It is certain there were WMDs prior to the war. We MUST NOT and CANNOT leave Iraq until they're found. It would be criminal to place such weapons in the hands of a new Iraqi government, even a duly elected government.
It see 2 conditions that must entail before we can depart Iraq.
1. Duly elected government.
2. Destruction of hidden WMDs.

Great article. Two quick comments.
First, if Lerch, er, Kerry really was "misled," as he actually claimed, then I'm not sure that we want someone who was so easily misled actually running this country.
Second, Dems haven't offered one shred of real evidence that the prewar intelligence was wrong, much less exaggerated. The Fox poll confirms the common sense of most Americans, i.e. that the mere fact that we haven't yet located many of these weapons doesn't prove that they didn't exist when the intelligence said that they did exist, only that something has since happened to them and we need to find out what it was.

"It is certain there were WMDs prior to the war. We MUST NOT and CANNOT leave Iraq until they're found." A lot of stuff was hustled into Syria/Lebanon by truck before the start of the war. The rest is still hidden in Iraq. It ALL needs to be found, and it'll take thyme. Sad Man had 12 years to devise undetectable hiding places. And it's a big country.

"God Bless our troops -- our thoughts and our prayers are with them at all times.A thousand Amens.
I do like the poll numbers on the WMD. It restores some of my faith in the body politic and reflects what we know--people trust W. W is really driving the left nuts and I am smiling. Take care this weekend...

"'I was dumbfounded, heartbroken and outraged that I'd believed him at all! I could hardly breathe. Gulping for air, I started crying and yelling at him: 'What do you mean? Why did you lie to me?' As a Senator, I wanted to ring George's neck! It was the most devastating, shocking and hurtful experience of my life!'"That one had me ROTFLOL! ;o) Great essays!
Sen. Kerry (D-France) and the rest of the dolts on his side, are making me ill. I do believe, however, that they will be sorry.
