.this women wasnt the sharpest pencil in the box I put her in the same category as the idiot who almost ran me off the road while yammering on his cell phone. And I've got no compassion for her. I understand completly, believe me I see them every day! But did she commit a crime?
I saw a woman is San Diego cause a 5hr traffic delay because she crashed on the highway during rush hour while putting on panty hose! Should we pass a law on stupidity?

Putting on pantyhose? That is....impossible!
But that sort of behavior usually falls under the broad category of "reckless driving", at least in my state. I heard about someone getting pulled over for READING A BOOK while driving. It's a reckless driving offense.

She wasn't charged with breast feeding a baby while driving.
She was arrested for not having a driver's license, a first-degree misdemeanor; failing to use a child restraint device, a minor misdemeanor; and obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor, according to the patrol. She was later charged with child endangerment.
Should we pass a law on stupidity?
Works for me.
