What if mommy has baby in one of those front loading baby harnesse's that you wear when walking?? Couldnt mommy trip causing her to fall on baby? Is this endangerment? And if mommy is wearing High Heels which increase the "potential" for a stumble should We increase the penalty under law?

Oh....and God forbid if she is breastfeeding at the time!

There's big difference between tripping and falling (where you would instinctively turn to the side protecting your baby) and hurtling down the interstate at 70mph with your baby between you and the steering wheel.
