It is just that every politician wants to be president....even county commissioners.
But I still think Arnold wants a political career beyond one partial term as governor and a destroyed reputation. Being elected a Republican governor with the current state of the California legislature would be like playing Russian roulette with all six chambers loaded. No matter what happens Arnold would die a political death.
