What the hell is an ultraconservative?

I guess best example would be those that constantly bitch about Bush and say they are not going to vote for him because of this, that, or the other thing. Kind of like the idiot that called Rush today and proudly proclaimed that he sat out the 92 election allowing Clinton to win because Bush Senior had gone back on his promise not to raise taxes and that he was going to do the same thing in 2004 because of a Medicare drug benefit for seniors.
