Coulter's book and Morris' book and the new Harry Potter book should do a good job removing Hillary from the top, if you believe the numbers.

Seems there can only be so much interest and of these four choices I would put Hillary at the bottom.

I ordered my copy from Conservative Book Club. Does the location of purchase matter in the comparison with Hitlery's alleged sales, or is the number given by the publisher what counts?
