We need permission from government to learn how to make a living. And its a crime to without a permit from a bureaucrat. Yes, even when you're just a 6 year old little girl.

This smacks of senior citizenry...god forbid I live past 50...60 tops.
Of course, I could be wrong, but I'm taking a guess.

The cops should keep a very close eye on the neighbor. There's no telling what someone who would do something like this might do next.

I have two neighbors where I live who I can honestly see doing this.
How incredibly pathetic.

Any bastard cop that would do this would also steal Tiny Tim's crutch and kick Charlie Brown's ass.

The entrepreneurship that made the US great is being choked to death by govt bureaucracy and regulation. Sad!

I remember in school, the teacher found an article about a lemonade stand that was busted for not paying taxes.. The IRS actually collected the small change the kid owed and everything.
The teacher had, of course, meant this to be instructional as to the inherent goodness and fairness of our wonderful government..
I took it completely differently. It instilled a sense of disdain and hate for the FEDS that continues even now.
Sicking the IRS on little girls and their lemonade stands? This is my government at work?

Only one of the officers had the courage to buy a lemonade?
To: MattAMiller
We have a guy here at work that would do this just to be an @ss. He walks around grumbling all the time that everyone is against him and that no one likes him but then when it comes to even signing a card for a fellow employee he throws the card to the side and says he doesn't eant to sign it. He is just a pathetic loser....

The cops should've told the neighbor that an investigation of the lemonade stand would take about six months.

How bitter and pathetic do you have to be to phone in this complaint? It happens, but I have a feeling that she won't have the proper permits in the hereafter....and there won't be any lemonade for her either.

Abigail's mom needs to make the neighbor a special batch of lemonade.

But a few days ago, Abagail and her friends were put out of business by a neighbor. Probably one of them Palm Beach type ninnies.
