IRAQ OIL FOR FOOD WILL COST $100M TO SHUT DOWN

The United Nations expects to pay more than $100 million to shut down Iraq's oil-for-food program, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan said Monday.

The council voted last month to lift all economic sanctions against Iraq and to eliminate the program by Nov. 21.

Union workers probably have to pull all the plugs and cancel the Oil for Food procedures.

What procedures? This is BS. Did you see the article that ran here about all the hands in the till? This is probably a pay-off to keep all the leeches from turning each other in.
