[history]
There is nothing new about a son picking up the sword laid down by a father; history is filled with such events.
In 1988, shortly after the election of George H.W. Bush, I sat with his son, George W. Bush, in an office just blocks from the White House. The younger Bush had been my boss in the campaign, and we were talking about who was going to the White House. At one point, George W. sighed and asked rhetorically, "What's going to happen to me?"

The author of the article has no special entree there. This author, is also very much, selective in what he writes and is playing games. The fact of the matter is, sadly, that most of the children of the previous presidents had a great deal many problems. Alcoholism, abusive relationships, infidelities, career failures, and I believe even suicides plagued them.
Al Gore's son now, unfortunatley is also very troubled, he would appear to actually fit the mold if Gore was president. This author seriousley slanted things, of which he knows better, to write this.
It should be noted that the study George W. Bush had done on the children of the previous presidents and what became of there fates cost about $200,000 and was quite depressing.

What will they say if Jeb gets elected 2008 ?You'll see an article that points out how the first Bush didn't always eat everything on his plate at dinner, and now Jeb does it all the time, because he is finishing what his father started.

The Left will throw a fit, make noises about some conspiracy... the usual BS. But Jeb and George W. probably will be the first brothers to hold the Presidency. And I give it better than a 50/50 shot that Jeb will succeed Dubya.

The most telling statement is even if we find weapons of mass destruction..... President Bush will never be correct on Iaq or anything else in the eyes of the left. The leftists hate Bush-end of story.
