Translation from Hebrew to English by me (this is a Haaretz reporter, so that is why there is leftist language). Also, the term "incident" is something that the whole Israeli media uses, which shows how often terrorism happens, that it is considered an "incident" or "incident of terror."
This is an primary official authorization; the deputy of Mohammad Daf planned the incident which 3 Israelis were murdered; Israel: the sending of foreign terrorists shows a new angle from the Hamas; Suspicion: Al Queda located the British suicide bombers.
The Shabak approved tonight officially, that the activists of of the military wing of the Hamas in the Gaza Strip were behind the sending of the two British suicide bombers for the incident at the pub "Mike's Place" in Tel Aviv. In the incident, that happened in late April of this year, 3 Israeli citizens were murdered.
The planner of the incident is Vael Nassar, Hamas activist from the strip that is considered the deputy of Mohammad Daf, the head of the military wing of the Hamas in the strip. In a message sent to the office of prime minister it said: "the sending of Muslims, foreign citizens, to this incident shows a new dramatic development and strategy by the Hamas. This step shows a kind of ideological linkage by the Hamas with worldwide Jihad organizations headed by Al Queda, that have declared a total war against anyone who is not Muslim."
In the message it was also said that the Shabak is considering suspicions that Hamas and Al Queda aided each other in the incident in Tel Aviv. It seems the purpose was for Al Queda to help find the two Britons to take part in executing the incident, and sending them to the strip. In the past there were reports of a sort of connection Hamas had to the acts of Al Queda, however until now there has not been the suspicion both organizations exeutive operations together.
