This has always been the policy of the United States. The put Hamas on a list of terrorists in the mid 1990s. That is not new. What is needed is the classification of the PA-PLO as a terrorist organization, sanctions on the PLO-PA, and the closing down of their offices in DC.

From what I heard President Bush saying this morning, I guess HE"S GOING TO ACTUALLY MAKE THE STATE DEPARTMENT ENFORCE IT. Actual policy is one thing. Getting the knuckleheads at State to comply is a whole different thing. Also, Rummy will begin to come back in the picture. President Bush is starting to realize that Rummy was right.
