After Freep Report of Nicole Parra "Queen of Voter Fraud" in Avenal CA Today

Assembly"woman" Nicole Parra was scheduled to have breakfast at the Avenal Veteran's Hall this morning at 8 (exploiting Veterans alert!) She is probably the most UNQUALIFIED person to chair the Assembly Veterans Affairs Committee in the whole State. Go figure! Oh, yeah, I forgot; this is California.

Last week, the GOP nominee for this seat announced that GOP lawyers had identified and documented over 900 cases of VOTER FRAUD. He "Lost" by 265 votes . . . so he didn't really lose at all. It was a farce!

Nicole Parra and the democraps spent over TWO MILLION DOLLARS to buy this seat and even then they had to throw in voter fraud to make the con work.

There were three of us; we arrived in the VERY small town of Avenal located near Coalinga. It was already getting hot at 7:30 a.m. The pancake breakfast was to start at 8.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the sight of two CHP cruisers and one Sheriff's Dept. police car. Immediately I became furious because you see Nicole Parra's father (who runs Kern County as he's the Chair of the Bd of Supervisors) is notorious for using the CHP as his personal servants and water boys. In eight years of public office, former Assemblyman Mike Briggs never once had a CHP escort. We have never seen Assemblyman Steve Samuelian with a CHP escort, either. Here we go again!! Pete & Nicole Parra using the CHP as their personal servants.

So I asked the officers if they were expecting trouble from the Veterans today. They told me they were just there to make sure each side had the opportunity to do their thing. Fair enough. But I have never heard of such a police presence at a small "freep" before!

The three of us proceeded to walk up and down the sidewalk in front of the hall with our signs. About 10 Veterans showed up and the rest (about ten) were folks who were there for free food and/or Parra's staffers.

I yelled at every single attendee as they walked the gauntlet. (I thanked the Veterans for their service; some were kind of rude but there were no problems.) I reminded them that Nicole Parra spent over two million dollars to buy this seat and that the Veterans sure could have used that kind of money! Marissa kept telling everyone that there were 905 documented cases of voter fraud! And David (a big burly guy) just walked around looking formidable.

Nicole Parra was twenty minutes late!! I think that was insulting to the Veterans and I told everyone so.

Then the fun began! She and I had a face-to-face confrontation!! I said, "What qualifies you to head the Veterans Affairs committee?!" She said, "You'd have to ask Speaker Wesson that question!" That really pissed me off. I said, "Don't you know?! What qualifies you?!" Then she said, "I worked for ten years for the federal government." Ha!!! She's about 26 years old, I'm thinking. I guess she thinks her time working as a staffer for Congressman Cal Dooley ("Drooley") makes her fit to serve the Veterans. What a crock. I'm getting madder and madder. I asked her if there were Assembly Members who were Veterans and she said "yes". So why weren't they selected to head the Veterans Affairs Committee, I asked. She said again "You should ask Speaker Wesson about that!" What arrogance.

Then I say, "You wouldn't be in the Assembly if it weren't for voter fraud!" She started getting kind of nervous. Everyone was watching. She didn't really respond to that; she looked agitated.

She turned her back on me and said, "You sure had a big turn-out" (this was to make fun of us because there were only three) so I immediately responded, "You, too, AND IT'S YOUR EVENT!" She came all that way for such a pathetic showing.

As she walked away, I asked if she'd been lost in her own district, that's why she was late. I told her she insulted the Veterans by being late. She ignored me and walked inside and shut the doors behind her.

Then we left feeling great! We had breakfast and then drove back to Visalia & Fresno. A great FReep was had by all.

905 Fraudulent Votes Found in 30th Assembly District by Dean Gardner Volunteers.Investigation Centered on Kern County Portion of 30th Assembly Dist.Today, Dean Gardner, made the following statement at a news conference in Bakersfield, Ca.“For the last 30 years, I have heard about voter fraud in California, but it did not affect me directly and like you, I didn’t pay much attention. I didn’t realize how much voter fraud impacts all of us until recently. In the seven months since the election, we have looked in detail at 2,460 of the 14,000 recently registered Democrat voters in Kern County that are registered to vote in the 30th Assembly District. I was shocked and dismayed by what we found.I cannot give you any names or addresses because of the ongoing investigations.In order to cast a legal vote in California, the voter must be at least 18 years old, must be alive, must be a Citizen of the United States, must not be a felon on parole, must be registered to vote and live in that district and that voter can vote only one time in that election.Of the 2,460 voters that were examined 905 of these people in this sample cast fraudulent ballots.For example, we found:69 people actually admitted voting at least twice. These are just the ones who admitted it.93 people admitted that they voted but are not citizens of the United States. They were told that if they registered and voted, it would help them get their citizenship.272 people actually admitted that they do not live in the 30th Assembly District but that they voted in the 30th Assembly District We found people that changed the spelling of their name slightly so that they could register and vote a second time. Someone named William also registered as Bill. We found people with the same name registered at the same address whose birthdays were exactly one year or one day apart. By changing their birth date, one person became two people with two votes.The biggest problem that we found was the number of people who showed up at the polls and voted using someone else’s name. We have testimony from people who report that they went to vote and found that their name had already been used. People impersonated the legitimate voter. How did they do that? A lot of people are registered but don’t vote. Hanging on the wall in every polling place in the State of California is a list of the people that are eligible to vote at that polling place. By state law, every two hours, an election worker up dates the list with the names of the people who have voted. The cheaters send in someone with a cell phone to call back to the headquarters with the names of the people who have not voted. People claiming to be those people miraculously show up and vote. We found 905 fraudulent ballots out of 2,460 voters. You do the math. Divide 905 by 2,460 you will get 37%. We estimate that 37% of the newly registered Democrat voters who voted in the Kern County portion of the 30th Assembly District cast fraudulent votes.What we found in Kern County was seen all over California. Some places worse than others. There is a well oiled and well funded fraud machine run by liberal special interest groups that may be electing people to the legislature who should not be there and they are destroying our freedoms in California.Let me give you some examples of the fraud. We have people who registered in October at a house that burned down two years ago. We have people registered to addresses that don’t exist. We have people who voted last November at the polls who actually moved to the Philippines two years ago.I personally spoke to one man who admitted voting four times. I asked him why and he said that he cared more than most. I went with a volunteer to one house at random where seven votes originated and asked the woman how many people lived there. She said three. When asked about the other four voters, she said that her two daughters and their husbands always use her address to vote. They do not live in the 30th Assembly District. They just vote here.The information that we have discovered was turned over to the Kern County District Attorney’s Office and to the Secretary of State’s fraud unit six months ago.
We have just handed the same information to the US Attorney’s Office. Voter fraud is an attack on our basic freedoms and I cannot and will not sit back and watch it continue. Last November, California voters turned down ‘same day voter registration’. Well, the liberal special interest groups in Sacramento did not get the message, because the Assembly just passed a bill allowing for same day registration in Alameda County. They call it a pilot program. We can not rely on the special interest liberals in Sacramento to stop the voter fraud. As you know, under current law identification is not required either to register or to vote, in fact, if you, as a poll worker or election official, ask a person to prove their identity, you have broken the law. Therefore, I am announcing that immediately after the Gray Davis Recall is completed, I will sponsor a statewide initiative that will help clean up the voter fraud problem. It will require proof of eligibility and proof of identity when a person registers to vote and proof of identity when a person does vote. If you buy something and write a check or use a credit card, you must have identification. If you want to get on an airplane in you must show photo id. It seems logical to me to require people to produce identification when they vote. It seems ridiculous to me that we allow people to walk into the polls, point at a name and say, “That’s me” and vote without any verification as to their identity. One man told me “If we didn’t cheat, we couldn’t win”.We have a group of people with no integrity attacking our basic freedoms. As you know, I served in the military and I swore to protect the Constitution of the United States. This is one way I can help do that. It is time to put California back in the hands of the people.”

Nicole Parra Biography

Having been involved in Valley government and politics for over a decade, Assemblywoman Nicole M. Parra was elected November 5, 2002, to represent the 30th Assembly District. The 30th AD is a diverse district located in California’s southern Central Valley area, composed of urban city neighborhoods and rural agricultural regions.

Assemblywoman Parra serves as Chair of the Veterans Affairs Committee because of her long commitment to assisting and recognizing those who have served and protected our nation. She is one of only five freshman members of the State Assembly selected to head a committee this session.

Assemblywoman Parra also chairs the Select Committee on National Defense, Technology and Jobs, a committee established to address military base retentions and closures in California, and to develop proactive actions aimed at protecting the thousands of defense-related jobs throughout the state.

Assemblywoman Parra chairs a specially formed Committee on Megan's Law and Sex Offender Registration because of recent findings that sex offenders are not registering in some communities as required by law. This committee was created to investigate and provide meaningful solutions to this serious problem.

Assemblywoman Parra further serves as a member of the Assembly Agricultural Committee, the Jobs, Economic Development and the Economy Committee, the Transportation Committee and the Water, Parks and Wildlife Committee.

The 30th AD is made up of the southern portion of Fresno County including the communities of Coalinga, Huron and Kingsburg. The district also encompasses a portion of Tulare County including the communities of Earlimart, Goshen, Pixley, Richgrove, Terra Bella, Tipton and Woodville.

Kings County falls completely within the district’s boundaries; the cities of Avenal, Corcoran, Hanford and Lemoore are among those represented. A major portion of Kern County is included in the 30th AD with such communities as Arvin, southeast and central Bakersfield, Delano, Lamont, McFarland, Shafter and Wasco.

A resident of Hanford, Assemblywoman Parra was born in Bakersfield and attended Highland High School where her brother, Peter, now serves as a teacher. She studied Economics at the University of California at Berkeley and, after completing law school in Washington D.C., returned to the Valley to work as District Director for Congressman Cal Dooley.

Assemblywoman Parra follows her family's long tradition of public service. Her father, Pete Parra, is a Kern County Supervisor and former school board member; her mother, Yolanda, works for Bakersfield Adult School.
