Barney looks confused.

I think that the little Black Brat Barney may have been the problem....again. :)

probably from 1/2 mile away. no joke

Nothing wrong that a little contrast and gamma adjustment won't fix. Particularly the shots of the two President Bushes cruising along.

The President tumbling over it merely trying to stop.

I think actually he was trying to get started.

Did the photographer use the same lens that was used for Hitlery with Baba Wawa?

They're usually tooling along amidst the bikers and bladers. I see them heading north up the East Drive.

They're so cool, even blase NYers stop and stare. I know I did.

Please note, everyone, that unlike a certain former DIRTPOTUS, 43 does not run over his animals.

It so funny to see the Prez in such an undignified position. I guess everybody falls on their face now and again, even the Prez.

I remember when JFK was president and the first lady fell off a horse. The press got a very unflattering picture of Jackie as she fell. It was in the papers the next day.

The story went that she was upset over the picture and JFK told her. " When the first lady falls on her ass, it's news."

LOL, they have a 4-shot pic up on drudge that shows why he wrecked (I like how security is doing a bang up job - if the press is able to get that close).

I've ridden a Segway, Bush made two mistakes.

1)He tilted it back and stepped upon it - he threw it into reverse basically and it went right into him. Stepping on it activates it and tilting back goes backward

2)He had a tennis racket in his hand - not the smartest thing to do.

Somebody didn't tell him how to ride one properly, and it is funny as hell (yeah I laughed and laughed hard, because I saw instantly what his mistake was - I saw somebody else do the same thing and it was hilarious). Had he been hurt, I wouldn't laugh, but it is funny.

I do like the Segways, pretty amazing (and the inventor is an interesting guy, too bad we don't have more like him).

What's amazing to me is the way he got his right foot out ahead of his body in the air, landed on it, and kept his balance. Doesn't look like he twisted anything, either.

That shows that he's in excellent shape and very agile. It's hard to catch yourself like that and avoid rolling on the ground. I fall off horses a lot, and I try to land on my feet, don't always succeed, then it's time for an aikido roll . . . THEN come up on your feet.
