TripleA, I'm flagging this to myself to try read later- FEMA tried to royally ripoff my town in the mid-1980's- claimed the barrier islands out to sea were a lesser flood risk than the city of Brunswick, which is on the mainland.
( Hint- the richer folks live on the islands, and this would have lowered their insurance rates... at our expense. )
I'll try to get back later- I try to stay offline when my wife's on the road to & from work, in case she needs a hand.
