sorry for being so vague. I have been ill over a week & have done minimal posting. lots of lurking / reading. but that is a good idea. I still don't know all the in & outs of the FR. I recall it was about a week ago.

Between the screaming headache & all the meds to help(which aren't working) I am not too sharp

I know the dose has a listing of all the days.. but the pings should get me there...
