FBD, where do you want me to ship off that wine too??? After the way my boys sucked it up in the 7th inning last night at Comiskey...errrrr...US Cellular Field, I'd say I have little hope!

The game started out nice, we missed the first pitch while my daughter and I were getting our dipping dots, peanuts & sodas, however we soon settled into our 14th row, first base line seats after evicting some squatters. The game was looking to be a pitcher's dual for a long time, then the Angels put one out and of course the fans at the diamond forced the lucky fan who caught it to throw it back, if it'd been me I'd have told them to stick it, I'm an Angels fan.

Anyhow, I knew the game was not going to go my way when in the 3rd inning they were showing the "Fan Cam" on the big screen and they panned to a bunch of punk kids wearing Mariners shirts. This was not a good sign. Sure enough, a few innings later through a series of errors, REALLY BAD plays and luck on the part of the White Sox, the Angels would fall behind never to regain the lead.

I sobbed as I looked up at the score board for MLB and saw that Seattle had just kicked butt, beating Toronto 9-1, and Oakland squeaked by Boston....to add insult to injury, my Cubbies also lost miserably.

It was not a good night for baseball in the Cherry household.

The good thing, the tickets were free...

Cost for the bottle of wine I need to send FBD, about $35 + shipping.

Lesson learned: none...I'll probably make stupid bets again ;o)

Reckon yer right...I'm gettin' sick of folks claiming Bill Clinton was a decent POTUS when I know fer a FACT that he personally authorized the MASS-MURDER of 78 innocent Americans at Waco and caused untold damage to our National Security with his underhanded dealin's with the Chi-Coms!! All I want is fer every Congressperson runnin' fer reelection in November 2004 to take a stand--PRO or CON--regarding RE-IMPEACHMENT of the Traitor-In-Chief so as to give the Senators a chance to redeem themselves with a vote to NOT ACQUIT Osama bil Clinton!!
