U.S. forces in Iraq (news - web sites) have taken into custody two more former Ba'ath Party officials on their list of 55 most-wanted Iraqis, the U.S. military said on June 10, 2003. A U.S. Central Command statement issued from its headquarters in Tampa, Florida, named the men as Latif Nusayyif al-Jasim al-Dulaymi, a Ba'ath Party deputy chairman seen here as the 10 of Clubs from the Pentagon (news - web sites)'s Iraq's Most Wanted deck of cards, and Brig. Gen. Husanyn al-Awadi, a regional party chairman and member of the Chemical Corps. (DOD/Reuters) |

If my memory is correct, Latif Nusayyif al-Jasim al-Dulaymi used to be the Iraqi Information Minister during the Gulf War I. Unlike Baghdad Bob, he was humorless and blustering during his TV appearance. His mindset was said to be closest to Saddam's, according to ABC TV news report by "Peter Jennings" at the time.

Hasn't anyone caught on to this charade yet? Each and everyone they catch denies the existance of WMD and this will go on till they are all under custody and still nothing.
All this while the USA credibility goes down the drain. They are much smarter then we are.

Time for the truth serum. We are too easy on these people and steps need to be taken to get them to dish. This is too serious an issue to treat them kindly.
