Hynes is a butthole (just like the man who was mayor in 1990). If Brooklyn was ever "like Dodge City" it was because of people like Ivan Thompson, not people like Ronald Dixon.

But how interesting that he makes no distinction between "legal" and "illegal" guns. In his mind, if you have one, you should go to jail.
