That the Palestinians grab some kid, with no serious visible injury, and for their propaganda purposes put him on a gurney, hastily arrange some bandages and some real or faked blood, and evoke misplaced sympathy from the clueless.

Looks like the "injury" is to the sole of his foot. Amazing.
