Thank you Jim for an inspirational piece and a timely reminder of why we gather here.

And thank you for the ping, Meeks.

One small inquiry, though. Re:

<< .... the three branches of the federal government were established as co-equal partners .... >>

My reading of the Declaration, Constitution, Bill of Rights and Federal Papers -- and of all and anything else contemporary I've ever been able to get my hands on leaves me the distinct impression that the Executive Branch was intended to be very little more than ceremonial and to have a strictly limited administrative function and that the Judicial Branch was intended to have a very limited role indeed.

Un-and-anti-American activist members of the judiciary have so usurped Our Republic's Rule of Law as to have annointed themselves with more tyrannical power than that which inspired Our Nation's War Of Independence or that was even available to -- let alone excercised by -- England's George III.

That unconstitutional power has elevated the judiciary's ability to rule by fiat not only above that of England's king of more than two centuries ago -- but ahead of both the legislative and executive branches.

Further, both Our Nation and the very Civilization that we both Vanguard and Guard are further imperilled in that America's corrupt courts are in lockstep with every-bit-as-corrupt government departments and agencies [Most of THEM unconstitutional and in existence only because of activist judges having proscribed the Constitutional barring of their existence] that are more than 90% manned by un-and-anti-American political operatives.

None of President Bush's imperatives exceeds his awesome responsibilities insofar as the appoinment of America's next generation of judges is concerned. Please God he stays the course!

God bless our President.

And God bless Our Fraternal Republic.

Best ones -- Brian
