We can probably count on Geragos to shift into high gear with more garabage slinging after this Rocha interview.

Bringing the pain of this family back in the spotlight will put the focus on the murderer again.

What will the defense do this time? We will probably see something within a day or two.

Not if there's another murder or disappearance similar to Laci's and that of Kristin Smart on 25 May 1996 while Scott Patterson is in custody, with police and prosecutors having ceased investigating previous suspects in hopes of pinning the murder on the high-visibility and generally detested husband. In that event, most anything could follow.

Of course a smart perpetrator would cease to operate for a while and let Scott take the rap for him. But if he's a driven psychopath, and the right female opportunity comes along, he might not be able to control his urges.

I agree with your post Southflank. Geragos will likely turn it on big time. However, slamming the Rocha family will bite them in the butt!!
