Estrich doesn't think that she has had a lobotomy, but she thinks that she looks 20 younger. Dick said that when she was 20 years younger she didn't look that good.

Looked to me like the camera was slightly out of focus. That's done, you know, to give older women more of a "dewy", youthful look. Or maybe the lights were slightly softened. Just looked a little out of focus.
