The PLO-PA and its brother terrorist groups are not, yet we choose to negotiate with the PLO-PA and treat it as some "friend of freedom." It is not, and all it wants to do is destroy Israel not create a "Palestine" in the "occupied" territories, why? The PLO, which heads the PA, was created in 1964, 3 years before the "occupation" began.
