He sure appears to have been a busy little bee. I can picture him in his warehouse, with a vat of GHB mixing up, and a bucket of wet cement next to it...

What if, per one of the links you posted, he tried to PURCHASE GHB online? The link says it can be done. And he'd have had to give a credit card number.
