What if, per one of the links you posted, he tried to PURCHASE GHB online? The link says it can be done. And he'd have had to give a credit card number.

Don't you think this GHB thing is rubbish? If that was the "real" theory that the prosecution is cooking up they are in real trouble. They can't substantiate it at all, no broken thyoid bone (to prove strangulation) and no way to prove contents in the body being abnormal. Frankly if this was the real theory that the prosecution was going for...I doubt they would seek the death penalty. There has to be something more...or completely different. As far as this new "soft kill" theory (which supposedly came from the police), I am puzzled. Why would the police have PUBLICLY announced laci died as a result of a "violent homocide"? Soft kill and violent homocide are on the opposite ends of the spectrum...descriptively.
