You misunderstood. I was not referring to Juanita when I made up the example. Whether or not, any sex is consensual, shouldn't a woman be able to press charges if a guy bites the hell out of her upper lip?

I can just see it now.

Officer, we were just having consensual sex and then he bit the hell out of my lip.

The other consensual sex partner says, Officer she was somewhat tipsy and tripped over the shows there by the bed and smacked her lip.
