While I am sure there are others on this board that will say he is delusional and not a victim, I think to a degree he is a victim. I put the term "Justice Department" up there with the "Ministry of Truth". Selective prosecution, yes. Compare his case to the Torch's. The guy who plays ball gets the pass and the loose cannon goes to jail.

I don't know much about the particulars but I'd venture a guess that he's a victim. Partially a self-made victim but also a victim of his own party. I've no doubt that he committed some wrongs and I'd bet that his wrongs were not as bad as his fellow party members. He called it like he saw it/like it was and he's paying their price. Just my thoughts based upon the little I know.

Probably both. The deck is stacked by the government if you are not one of the boys and you piss enough of them off to get you.
Trafficant is right and dont think for a minute the American Justice System is not corrupt. I have personally experienced it and know for a fact and I have never been convicted of anything.
If you are an ordinary person and take on the government and the system you will lose.But if you are powerful and toot the right horn you can get away with anything.
Clinton and Klan should be in jail but they are in control of the system and the Democrats are well on the way to leading America into a dictatorship.
Remember lawyers control the system from beginning to end and the courts are not set up for finding the truth. They are an adversarial system and the truth is lost more times than not in Americas Criminal Justice System. It is about the best lawyer with the most resources and who does the best job of acting.
Even when you are right and win a judge who is also a lawyer comes behind you and kicks the verdict for you out or even worse they wont let you present the facts to a jury and Trafficant is absolutely correct when he says they wont let you produce your facts because they must keep control to control the government.
Take it from one who knows this is fact not fiction!

It is beyond reasonable doubt that John Demanjuk was a Nazi defector from the Soviet Army, served as a guard at Sobibor, and subsequently lied about not being a Nazi when he emigrated to the US. He wasn't Ivan the Terrible of Treblinka, but he sure as f**k wasn't innocent.
