I'm too tired to research all his claims. Anyone have any info on this stuff? Is he a victim or delusional??????

I hope someone digs into this a bit, and provides some verifiable facts. I always like JT, he along with Bob Dornan, were the only things worth watching on C-Span for quite a while.

Is he a victim or delusional????While I am sure there are others on this board that will say he is delusional and not a victim, I think to a degree he is a victim. I put the term "Justice Department" up there with the "Ministry of Truth". Selective prosecution, yes. Compare his case to the Torch's. The guy who plays ball gets the pass and the loose cannon goes to jail.

I don't know much about the particulars but I'd venture a guess that he's a victim. Partially a self-made victim but also a victim of his own party. I've no doubt that he committed some wrongs and I'd bet that his wrongs were not as bad as his fellow party members. He called it like he saw it/like it was and he's paying their price. Just my thoughts based upon the little I know.

Kind of hard to believe this letter passed the Prison Postal Inspectors. Actually, not at all hard to believe. Unless the letter has threats in it, or something really rotten, they have no choice but to deliver it. Messing with the mail, even inmates mail, is a felony, and too many people are watching for anyone to try anything stupid. They had to let it go through.

I'll bet if he was freed, he would be the front-runner for the President. He'd beat the pants off of every single Rat who has stepped forward as a possible Presidential candidate, that's for sure. He really ought to be a Libertarian. How does Paul-Traficant sound?
