President George W. Bush meets with U.S. troops who were deployed in the Operation Enduring Freedom during war on Iraq at the U.S. Army Central Command (USCENTCOM) headquarters in Doha, Qatar. I love the way they look at him. Look at their eyes, that absolutely adore him, and you can plainly see that he adores them too. He can't wait to reach out to them, it's as though he wants to hug each one. Even those who can't get close enough have to be able to feel he's touched them.

The smiles and the sparkling eyes on each one of those young men and women just lifts my heart.

I actually said a prayer last night, that if George W. Bush decided to make a surprise visit to Baghdad, that Mike and Eric would get to meet him :-)

Dubya loves what he does, doesn't he? He's great! It's not often that I enjoy looking through photographs of people that I don't know, but Dubya is in a category of his own. I'm so glad he's POTUS. And it pleases me no end to see how our military responds to him [and he to the military]. Wonderful pix, as usual.
