What benefit of the doubt? Amber had a known previous affair with a married man. It was reported in the NE by his then wife who was also pregnant when Amber was having the affair with the man. Amber knew the man was married because she held a "baby shower" for him and his baby and went to see the baby in the hospital. A fellow Freeper knows this other man's wife and has spoken with her so it doesn't just come from the NE.

Amber is what she is. And everyone is free to interpret that however they like but she will probably destroy her own credibility with the jurors if she's given half a chance.

She's a woman who worked at a company Scott called on, from what I gather -- most likely a computer person -- who told Scott that Amber had had a bad experience with a married man and she wanted him to meet a nice single guy and gave Scott Amber's name.

You'd think she'd know that was a lie.

I'd assume Scott didn't tell the people he worked with he was married. The story said he didn't wear a wedding ring.

The article claims by Flynt clearly state some photos are of Amber "clothed and pregnant" (in addition to the other photos, which are most likely a regurgitation of the NE pics), not pics ala Demi Moore. So your point is?
